It deals damage based on a champion's current health. So if you have an item that deals 4% of a champions HP, at 100% they will take 4% of their HP in damage, at 50% they will take 2%, at 25%, 1%, etc. Oh you replaced three of them with thorn mails? What does it matter since you lose% max health true damage lol, get gut scrub." TL;DR: More true damage on%max health, really? On TWO skills? Janna's ulti if you proc them all. Taric still has pizza feet while this abomination is making it's way into league of legends.
Can you believe it’s already March, LoL fans? As we head further into 2020, the League of Legends updates keep on dropping, with LoL patch 10.5 now live and ready to sink your pearly whites into. That means it’s time to take a look at what’s on the way to Riot’s MOBA with its sixth update of the year – read on to see all there is to come in LoL patch 10.6!
First up, there’s a raft of eight new skins on the way this patch – and they’re pretty stunning. As well as a two legendary Cosmic looks for the Lady of Luminosity, Lux (including a Dark variant), Malphite (plus a Prestige edition), Mordekaiser, and Xerath are the lucky recipients of Dark Star skins. Champs Talon, Taric, and Twitch get some medieval-inspired RPG skins, which would make them look right at home supping mead in one of Runeterra’s finest taverns. Twitch’s adorable skin even gives him a glowing hunk of cheese to wield. Sweet!
But that’s not all – there are already plenty Champion and item balance changes up for testing on the multiplayer game’s PBE. Death’s Dance, for example, returns this cycle for some more adjusting.
And good news if you’re a fan of the Monkey King – it looks like the Wukong rework might at last be done (or very nearly done). “The Wukong kit you’ve seen on PBE is locked. You can expect it to ship as-is (minus numbers tuning/balance adjustments),” Champion designer August Browning has announced on Twitter. However, he also says he’s just been “slapped with jury duty this coming week”, so while the studio’s plan is to finally ship the rework this patch, it could potentially be the next.
Take a look at the now locked changes to Wukong below – they’re extensive so brew yourself a coffee and get stuck in.
Last but not least, with Lux’s new Legendary skins she gets all-new VO – check it out further down. Read on to check out what’s in store for LoL patch 10.6 with the full notes below.

LEAGUE OF LEGENDS One for All mode returnsOne for All
League of Legends’ arcade-style mode One for All is back in a surprise return to the game, for a limited time. The mode, which gets five players taking charge of just one single Champion choice in a 5v5 team battle, hasn’t been seen in-game for around two years – but now it’s appeared on the PBE for testing.
Game mode designer Geoff Marsi has given us an update on what the mode will bring this time round on Twitter: “There are a bunch of new faces to see and new combos to try, from Sett’s bounce-house to the Yuumi mothership! We’re also experimenting with a number of changes to make games quicker and smoother.”
One For All is now active on PBE!

Usage and Strategies Trash Incinerator. Against tightly packed groups of PvE or 'trash' instance mobs, Telekinetic Storm is devastating. Able to hit multiple enemies at once, and following the original target it had latched onto, you can easily use this to clear rooms and make areas much safer. LEAGUE OF LEGENDS PATCH 10.6 MISCELLANEOUS Updates
As spotted by Surrenderat20, something exciting has popped up in the PBE game files – a Fiddlesticks map with a model of the specialist Champ included. It’s not clear what the map looks like just yet but you can take a look a the extracted model of Fiddlesticks on the site here.
It’s likely whatever it is ties into the upcoming Fiddlesticks rework that Riot said would be coming sometime this year. Perhaps it might not be much longer until we see the transformation hit the PBE, too.
That’s all we’ve got for LoL patch 10.6 right now. Be sure to keep checking back in the next two weeks to make sure you don’t miss any of the new teaks and changes Riot will be testing ahead of the update’s launch.
In the meantime, get a look at LoL patch 10.5 to see what’s just landed in the live game, as well as our LoL tier list to find out which the best League of Legends Champions to play are right now. There’s also a LoL skins and Champions sale on this week, in case you’re in the market for a new character or style.

So riot has been ****ing this game up more and more with every patch.
and in between the bugs (both visual and gameplay wise) i've had enough of tanks doing more damage than bruisers, adc's and apc's together. I liked it when it first came out, it was fun to try, but as more and more meta tactics started appearing one thing became very ****ing clear: PERCENTAGE BASED DAMAGE Now you are gonna downvote me for saying this, but it's overpowered and imbalanced as ****. im gonna use amumu and zac as examples, but there are plenty more where this came from. like sejuani, You give champs like amumu, zac, etc damage based on the enemy's max health, and what do you get? champs that deal insane amount of damage because A) they scale on the enemy, not based on their own items (logic? where?) B) these skills also come with a neat low cooldown or no cooldown at all (mumu's AoE is permanent until turned off, zac has like 4 seconds of cooldown on his base, etc) C) the champion which has these abilities almost always come with a whole heap of CC (zac: jump >short duration stun, Q > slow, ult>knockback, amumu: stun, aoe root) this raises a lot of issues, of which most pressing are: A) these champions can become nearly unkillable in 1 or 2 v 1s because they go full tank but still have no cooldown and have scaling abilities they dont really build towards. B) it's hard to counter them effectively as they have so many tank stats yet so much damage, so going squishy damage dealer against them as say an adc doesnt work, but going as tanky doesnt work either because you do lose damage because you dont scale like they do. C) The items riot implements are giving these tanky characters too much stats at once on just one item, and they are making it worse and worse (i.e. they removed the warmog and force of nature combo and made it into one item, opening up an extra slot..) D) riot goes and implements characters to try and counter tanks such as vayne, but vayne tends to be a lot stronger to squishy champs than the actual targeted crowd (tanks) as she just needs one full silver bolts combo to annihilate champs with low hp, while tanks needs 3-4 full stacks hits. Now the only solutions i see to this problem are: A)Remove the % damage completely now this is harsh and i dont really like it myself either, as it adds a sense of diversity B)remove BASE % damage and make it only obtainable through scaling C) remove tanky items which give so many retarded op stats on one item (spirit of the golem anyone? max tenacity, high hp regen, mana regen, cooldown reduction and health for a really low price? and faster jungler? what the **** was riot thinking?) I hope you guys read this, and perhaps some riot personnel actually takes this into account. and i really hope im not the only one who hates a sejuani with spirit of the golem and sunfire tanking a turret and raping 3 guys under it without any effort. (just an example :x) TL;DR version: >Tanks are OP because of the % max HP damage stat (in most cases, this is generally speaking) >raises problems riot tries to adress but actually makes it worse >solutions.. remove it? make it only scalable? any suggestions? EDIT: i am not saying tanks need a nerf, far from it. Tanks need to become tanks, not damage dealing health packs. in the end all i want is for tanks to be tanks, an almost unmovable object, but not one that can solo rape an adc because that's NOT his role.
